Alpha version release notes


Gameplay changes :

  • Visual indicators for trajectories implemented while carrying objects and aiming the rope fork.
  • Aim assist while aiming the rope fork implemented.
  • Targetting visual indicator when aiminng the rope fork implemented.
  • Coyote effect implemented for both playable characters.
  • It's now possible to communicate via stickers by using the sticker wheel during gameplay, binded to the 'q' key on  keyboard, or left-trigger on gamepad
  • Split screen was replaced by the new shared-camera system, allowing for better visibility.
  • Several layout and puzzle changes were made based on user feedback.
  • Language options for english and brazilian portuguese implemented in the options menu.


Bug fixes :

  • Bug that caused player to be shot, very high, when performing the carry action simultaneosly has been fixed.
  • Bug that caused dialogue to display incorrectly under especific circunstances has been fixed.
  • Bugs that impeded players from entering open doors, or caused doors to behave in unexpected ways after reloading scene were fixed.
  • A bug that caused players to become imobile after dying while using abilities was fixed.
  • Bug that provoked bridges to move erraticly was fixed.


Visual changes :

  • A variety of new materials, animations, assets and overall visual improvements implemented.
  • New 2D sprites implemented in various places.
  • Improved visual feedback for taking damage.
  • Named rooms now display the given name during the intro animation.
  • Improved visual communication of puzzles and mechanics.


Optimizations :

  • Various custom shaders were optimized to reduce Vram usage and improve runtime performance, especially on lower-end hardware.
  • A variety of scripts were refactored in order to reduce CPU impact during runtime.


Audio :

  • Some sound effects were added.
